I a Lion!

Simon: I be a lion!

Me: Simon that's a tiger.

Simon: (growl) I be a lion!

Me: Simon that is a TIGER, and it is too small

for you!

Simon (more intense growling) I A LION!

Me: fine, but it's too small. (it's a tiger!)

(Pause for the strenuous task of putting a size 2T tiger costume on a four year old.)

Me: The hat won't go on Simon, it is too small!

tears, struggles .. .

Simon: roar! I a lion! (see, mom, it fits!)

I love that Simon. He actually kept it on for about an hour!
